• John Ringland, President and CEO

John has over 30 years of construction management and development experience.  He began developing his skills as a young child growing up on the farms of Pennsylvania and Indiana.  He worked with his father, Chuck Ringland, who was an engineer, navy pilot, and construction professional, on projects at family farm, and developed a love for building at an early age.  This joy brought him and his father together in Cape Coral to launch Ringland Construction in 1992.  John has been delivering building success in SW Florida ever since.

• Charles Ringland III, Director of Operations

Charlie spent five years as a construction management professional and adds another five years of corporate finance and accounting experience from his time as Senior Financial Analyst for Lee Health.  He adds experience and knowledge in operations, financial projections, management, and business strategy development.  He earned a Bachelor’s of Finance and an M.B.A. from Florida Gulf Coast University, and coupled with his experience and skillset, strengthens Ringland’s commitment to 100% client satisfaction and project delivery.

• Russ Ringland, Vice President

Russ provides 25 years of real estate, construction management and development knowledge and experience.  He had the pleasure of sharing the same experiences as his brother John growing up on the family farm in Indiana.  After moving to Cape Coral, Russ quickly became a professional of real estate and construction.  He ultimately led Ringland Construction to great heights as President and developed invaluable experience in construction management, customer service, site acquisition, marketing and operations.

• Linda, Office Coordinator and Bookkeeper

Linda has over 25 years of construction office coordination, bookkeeping, and subcontractor relations experience.  Her breadth of experience and knowledge ensures thorough and efficient management of construction documentation, regulatory requirements, subcontractor and vendor correspondence, and accounting.
